1.) What Titles should be Used and Accepted?
2.) What are the requirements of each title? i.e. What does one have to do/complete/reach in order to gain that Rank?
3.) How does one obtain those Standards?
4.) How does one enforce those Standards and Training?
5.) Will there be a qualifications exam or meeting, or anything to allow the first teachers to emerged with little question as to why

I have to be honest - I think the Jedi would have to prove themselves by doing the work, showing their training, and being involved before any could be
considered qualified for anything.
That is the first step.
Integrity doesn't work I'm sorry to say. You HAVE to do the work and show nearly daily entries ( they don't have to be long) to keep everyone on
the same level. Fairness and justice is key - or no standard or rank will have any meaning.
You don't do the work - you don't make rank...
What individual sites do is up to them - but as I said - most of all everyone has to do the same work for rank - and in the environment of people living all
over the globe but having the technology to do it - keeping journals public is really the only way and have online video conferencing - and making Gatherings
more official and useful.
It's a practical solution to the distance that seperate us as well as individuality IF ranks and standards are deemed absolutely necessary for everyone.
I have mixed feelings about that last one.....
